NC Senate Bill 382 proposes Massive Changes overturning the will of the people. 

Proposed Changes

• Stripping the Governor of appointment powers, transferring election oversight to the State Auditor, a partisan official.
• Reduces time to fix ballot issues from 9 days to 3 days.
• Shortens the deadline to request mail-in ballots by one week
• Removes powers from the State superintendent of public instruction’s office, Lieutenant Governor, and Department of Health and Human Services
